HAVERSTICK NEIGHBORHOOD
The Haverstick neighborhood is a planned community located in the North East Carmel. It's a very family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, a community center with swimming pool and tennis courts (included in rent) and lots of children! Many expatriate families with over 15 nationalities present live in Haverstick. There's a true since of community where neighbors are friends and children play together.

INLOW WATER PARK
Walk five minutes to magnificent public Carmel City Inlow Water Park located at 6310 E. 131st Street (Northeast of 131st Street and Hazel Dell Parkway). The water park features a water park with interactive fountain and sprayers (great for children of all ages), community garden, picnic tables, playgrounds including a 3 tree-house, restrooms, shelter and nature trail. The park is open daily Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and is a great escape in the summer heat!

CARMEL SCHOOLS
The Carmel Clay School District is the public school district located in Carmel, Indiana. The district operates 11 elementary schools (grades K-5), three middle schools (grades 6-8) and one high school, with an overall enrollment above 14,500.

CARMEL, INDIANA
Carmel is a city in Hamilton County, Indiana. It's considered to be a very affluent suburb on the north side Indianapolis and is characterized by its many roundabouts. In 2007, a special census recorded the city population at 68,677. In 2005, there were 13,597 households of which 43.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them and 69.3% were married couples living together. The median income for a household in the city was $81,583, and the median income for a family was $94,210.

Carmel is home to a thriving economy. Several large companies reside in Carmel, such as Conseco and Pearson Education.

In 2008, Carmel was voted one of the best places to live by CNN Money.
